What eky.works is

eky.works is a free job board. We connect job seekers and employers. We are not an employer, a staffing agency, or anyone's agent, and we don't guarantee that any job is still open, that any employer will hire you, or that any applicant is a good fit.

Rules for employers

• Post only real, open jobs that you are authorized to fill.
• List true pay, location, and job details.
• Never ask applicants to pay anything — not for training, equipment, background checks, or anything else.
• Follow employment laws, including laws against discrimination.
• Use applicant information only to consider them for your job. Don't sell it or add people to marketing lists.

Rules for everyone

• Don't post anything false, misleading, hateful, or illegal.
• Don't spam, scrape the site in bulk, or try to break its security.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Listings added by our team

Some listings are copied from public job postings and marked "Found on…". We try to keep them accurate, but always confirm the details with the employer.

Our rights

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove any listing, and suspend any account, if we believe it breaks these rules or could harm users.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, eky.works isn't responsible for losses from using the site, from listings, or from dealings between job seekers and employers.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
