About eky.works
eky.works is a free job board for Eastern Kentucky, built for the trades and hourly work: manufacturing, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding, mechanics, trucking, mining, utilities, plant operations, logging, warehousing, maintenance, and skilled labor.
What we do differently
- Pay on every job. Employers have to list an hourly rate, salary, or range. If we add a listing from a public posting that left pay out, we label it plainly.
- Every job shows its county and town. You shouldn't have to click to find out if it's an hour's drive.
- Works on any phone. Pages are small and load fast on a weak signal. Call to apply with one tap.
- No account needed to search, apply, or get job alerts.
- We check employers. A new employer's first job is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and we watch for scam wording.
- No ads, no tracking. We don't sell your information.
Listings we add ourselves
Some listings are added by our team from public job postings, so job seekers can find them in one place. Those are marked "Found on…" with a link to the original and the date we last checked it. If it's your company's job, you can claim it for free.
